Located along Highway 71 between Kimball and Scottsbluff, we have the wonderful opportunity to get our core ingredients from local Nebraska producers including Lazy W Diamond Ranch, Rocky Hollow Buffalo Company, Duayne Onstott Potato Farms, Gooper Greens and Hoot Owl Ranch. Our ingredients come right off the farm and served fresh to your table. This makes for a true farm to table experience.
